E-flite Lipo Conversion
As charging the battery of NE Solo Pro can only be done by connecting it to the back of transmitter, and moreover only one at a time. It is annoying to wait over at least half an hour to fly again. Though you can buy a main charger, it is a little bit expensive and unwise.
Since many already own E-flite heli and MSR Lipo cost no more than one-third of NE solo pro Lipo, it’ s not hard to imagine there is mod which make MSR Parkzone battery compatible with Nine Eagles Solo Pro. It save you many bucks if you already got E-flite lipo and charger!

This mod is simply giving birth to NE Solo Pro, agility was enhanced impressively. By removing the stock tail motor, which reduce the weight, and replacing by tail rotor shaft drive. This would shift the weight closer to the main shaft and leads to a more responsive tail movement.

Speed Mod 1
As everyone know, Syma s107 is a coaxial featuring stability over speed. But now if you think you manage this rc helicopter well enough, then you may go for the speed mods! The mechanism is making it easier to lean its center of gravity, which is balanced by the flybar, by reducing the balancing effect of flybar. And it is a very easy modification with just few steps.
First, take off the 0.4g weights from flybar, then put the covers and screws back. After dropping the weight, this remote control helicopter would be much responsive and at higher speed, meanwhile remain the rock-solid stability. In addition, it enhances the turning ability greatly. This is achieved by shifting the shaft in larger angel, and offering more forward forces, thus in a higher speed.

Glue a 0.28gram airsoft BB into the nose for pushing the center of gravity a little bit forward. Simple, isn’t it?

Since Syma s107 is so addictive that the flight time can hardly satisfy us, it is also true for its long charging time.
So here is a tutorial for the battery upgrade so that you can elongate the time to play with this remote control helicopter. This mod require only simple soldering, very easy and worth to make it.
First of all, cut off the leads connect with the original 150 mah Lipo battery.
Connect and solder the new 240 mah Lipo battery to the leads.

Walkera stated that this 4CH rc helicopter is an optimal model for entrance level, whereas pilots praise it as “one of the most stable micro helicopter”. It inherited the merits of 4#3B with improvements on the aspects of performance, stability, controllability and flight time.
The 4-in-1 gyro can be switched between normal and Head Hold (HH) mode as larger gyro did. This remote control helicopter come with new 600mah 1S lipo, which is a little bit larger than the 500mah battery and able to fit into the cb100 and 4#3b. The difference between 4#6 and walkera 4#6s is the later one get 3-axis gyro, which you can switch it off. If you want 3-axis gyro after you bought 4#6, then you have to pay around USD40 extra.
It shares the similar outlook with 4g6, even the main frame is identical to 4G6 so that you can upgrade 4#6 with 4g6’ s electronic and rotor. It is quite easy to make it into a 4g6 by putting 4g6 rotor, servo for pitch and receiver into 4#6.

Walkear just anounced the new rc helicopter V100D01 , it looks like a flybarless CB100, also the smallest 3-axis micro helicopter in the world. Featuring flybarless on such mini size, twin brushless motors and 3 axis gyro. The 3-axis gyro are adjustable for the degree of stability regarding to your skill level. Tail ESC WK-WST-10A-LT, whereas an upgrade parts for 4#3B, is of no built-in converter which imply the absence of brushed tail motor port. Some pilots said 2g motor can be upgraded to 2.9g without difficulties, but the black CNC tail box is a bit heavy. Main blades are wider than that of CB100 / 4#3B, thus a greater lifting force would be expected.
After test flight of the prototype, some said it flies like 4#3b, but the finishing may alike V120D01, let’ s wait and see.And it fly extremely fast in fast forward flight(FFF), almost catches the speed of CB100. Also, people believe that V100D01 will be a little bit harder to fly when compare with V120D01.

Last time a thief using rc helicopter to scot for empty houses to break into, and there is someone even use it to fly drugs into a prison! Though it is an old news which happened on 23 December 2008, still exiting.
In Elmley Prison of Britain, guards were watching the CCTV which spotted a radio control helicopter fly over the walls of jail and towards the accommodation blocks. They sound the alarm and rush to the accommodation blocks immediately. Though the staffs suspected it is for drugs or cell phone smuggling, neither the helicopter or the cargo it carried could be found after a search.
“When officers spotted it they nearly fell off their chairs”, an officer from prison said.

Syma S107 is one of the most popular palm size indoor rc helicopter. It is a 3 channels co-axial helicopter with built-in gyro which allows you to fly forward,backward,up,down,left,right.
